Neck pain can resulted from bad posture, acute wry neck, pinching nerve and whiplash injury. Neck pain can also associated with headache, shoulder and upper back pain, arm tingling and numbness.
Upper limb disorders are pain, tendon, abnormal sensation involving shoulder, elbow, hand and finger. These symptoms could be caused by repetitive work, sport injury, strains, poor workspace ergonomic.
Lower limb disorders are pain in hips, knees, ankles or foot. Common causes includes fracture, osteoarthritis, ligament and soft tissue injury, flat feet.
In the aspects of physiotherapy on women’s health, it is including pre & post-natal musculoskeletal problems, back pain & SIJ dysfunction, Urinary Incontinence, Mastitis & difficulties in breastfeeding.
